Norwood was formed in 1972 originally located on the South Coast of England, the name originated from the location Norwood.

The company has since developed into one of the UK's leading partition solutions provider delivering; planning, design, manufacture and installation of bespoke steel partitions. Along with clean rooms, doors, pods, and specialist component systems to blue chip private and public sector organisations.

The turning point for Norwood was focusing the business to key large specific fields including controlled environments, data centers, medical facilities, corporate work spaces and the education sector. Undertaking work for a number of high profile companies, hospitals and universities around the world.

Norwood Group works with clients who understand the importance of choosing the right prefabricated steel partitioning system. By manufacturing bespoke partitions to suit drawing and site measures Norwood can accommodate any steel partition specification. Our fully demountable and relocatable solution offers a truly flexible partition system, that gives the end user the ability to interchange panels and reconfigure space as required, which allows the system to easily adapt to suit any future requirements.

Norwood was further developed in 2013 with the introduction of a new dynamic management team. The business quickly expanded its scope and areas of expertise within the partitioning sector, through it's new system developments. In 2016 the business changed hands and became Norwood Group Limited which encompasses all areas of design from, demountable and monobloc interior walling solutions, clean rooms, pods, suspended and walk on ceilings, doors and decorative wall solutions. Again further standing the business apart from our competitors. Norwood Group will no doubt continue to go from strength to strength.

 

 

A FULLY INSTALLED SOLUTION?

Alongside our design and build solutions, we offer an optional supply and installation service, enabling us to maintain complete control over any project.

Our installation service can be particularly useful for more complex or larger projects where installations fall outside existing arrangements with specialist interior design contractors.

Installation packages can be undertaken as a complete 'stand-alone' solution, requiring minimal intervention or co-ordination from main contractors. Whilst also remaining flexible with regards to any schedule of works with main contractor's programming and handover.

We have previously undertaken projects, of varying sizes from major high value contracts to smaller more specialised installations in a variety of sectors

Including but not limited to, commercial, retail, education and public sector, as well as hotels, leisure and health.

All our installation team are highly trained and experienced, and comply with all necessary site safety and construction industry standards for risk assessment and certification. They all carry the relevant CSCS cards and our site mangers are SSSTS trained. Those whom require it also carry the relevant IPAF and Pasma training. PPE is essential and all our site teams understand the need for on-site safety.
