Norwood worked collaboratively with the main contractor, EECO2 from the design stages to installation and commissioning. As part of our scope, we provided the fully flush customizable partitions of various thicknesses, full-height glazing, walk-on and metal pan ceilings as well as doors to form 1000sqm cleanrooms and laboratory areas.

Working with our structural engineering partner, our team designed and constructed a sub grid supporting M&E services and a metal pan suspended ceiling. Norwood also developed a number of bespoke solutions, including a walk-on-ceiling inclusive of a Q-clamp handrail system and twin walls housing pass through hatches in grade C cleanroom areas.

Every aspect of the facility has been designed to enable speed and flexibility while maintaining strict contamination control and the highest levels of quality assurance. Our modular system enabled the creation of dynamic spaces that can be adapted in response to the client’s changing needs.
